How It Works

Wait for the Ready for Collection notification via SMS or email from SingPost or from us.

Collect your parcel from your selected locker or our Kaki Bukit location.
Collection Period
Locker Pickup
Please collect your parcel within 72 hours from the Ready for Collection notification.
If your parcel is not collected within 72 hours, it will be returned to us and re-delivery fees will apply.
Kaki Bukit Self-Collection
Please collect your order within 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
Orders not collected within this period will be considered forfeited.
Discreet & Private
All self-collection orders are packed in plain, discreet packaging with no product information visible on the exterior.
